Your supposed to put the water in first before the beans. You can't wear bracelets or hair bands when working with food. There was either a ready time or the hold time missing from the pan of rice. (it only had one) He didn't use the paper towel to get sanitizer before throwing it away. I feel sad that I spotted all these things. I miss the steam line. :( It was a lot easier to clean.

I cracked a tooth causing 7K in teeth damage. Also, check google and see where an employee pissed in food and served it to a police officer and got caught. Check lists and temp is not the right inspections. Watch some of videos where NO gloves are used after 2000. TB spends millions on lawyers because health issues.

I find this establishment a true leader in food safety, one prime example of one who can lead other food establishments in cooperating with safety standards in a world in which essentially the industry is becoming more populated with more guests, workers, and vulnerable to unsanitary practices.
those holding tempetures at 185 or higher as he says its safe but the texture and make up of the food begins to break it down so yes it's safe but the food wont be as good as if it was held at 170.
