Does the stick ever leave the ice during the wrist movement? I'm learning how to do wrist shots and it feels awkward anyway, but I notice that I have trouble getting my right wrist (I'm right handed) into the shot; and it almost always feels as if my stick blade is in the air before the puck ever properly accelerates. I don't know if this is the reason I'm having issues with shot control and getting any puck elevation.
One of the best instructional videos ever. He explains all the elements, and demonstrates a piece at a time to you can see him put it all together. Great job!
Thankyou so much, this will help me with my shot so much. These videos are some of the best out there on the net, if i could like this vid 100 times, i would!
