  • I'm 18 and i'm still stuck in week 5, like 3rd week in arow... what should i do?

  • @martijntjeeh Just keep going. I make notes of how many reps I can do each week even if I don't complete. Sometimes I would break for 5-10 seconds just to finish the minimum amount of Push-ups in a set. You'll make it past the plateau you just have to have it in your mind that you're going to do it.

  • @PropitiousSoul Thanks man!! I think I may finish week 5 either this week or next. I hit a kind of mental block, but was able to push through it with the help of my roomate Casey! Thanks a bunch for the encouragement both about the PU and music ;)

  • @PropitiousSoul I'm still hanging in there. I haven't done an exhaustion test lately. I've been on week 5 for about 7 weeks - I was almost through with it then pulled a muscle bad in my back(unrelated to the pushups) and had to take a week off. The week off put me back some on week 5. I think I should be able to get past week 5 in the next week or 2 then I'll do another test.
