It was so awesome and I wish I could've enjoyed the whole concert and not only 2/3 of it, because of some idiots like the fucker next to me, who was two heads taller than everybody else but had to stand in the first row just to scream "Bards Song!" one time and doing NOTHING at all, no banging, no singing, nothing. Only pushing people who really love the band. Oh and not to forget the crowd surfers. After security pulled me out I could enjoy the rest. Never again 1st row at WOA.

Actually Hansi is pretty good at hitting notes here live, which he doesn´t that well on live concerts when he´s drinking beer, but i guess the tv cast was worth to show what he really can, he is such an incredible singer but showing his true skills rarely, which imo is a pity but making me especially enjoy this footage. thx for uploading.

btw: Focusing is not a loose of passion, so don´t worry, if Hansi is more smooth ;)

I think you are right...there is no much spark in Hansi when he sings...no passion...much less than previous editions of Wacken at least. He seems to be singing because he has to. I don't know what to think.

this is actually not the quest for tanelorn...the quest for tanelorn is much older...it's the 5th title on the somewhere far beyond album...the one here is called Tanelorn (Into the Void) and is the second title on the At the Edge of Time album,which is their latest...and one of the best in my opinion...even though there is no single bad or boring blind guardian album
