The Tumbler's more of a tank really. It wouldn't stack up to an F1 car in a race, would get smoked on the straights and left far, far behind in the corners, but it can certainly take more of a beating.

if they actually raced , the F1 car would've smoked the batmobile in the first 50 feet

the batmobile is designed for show only,

no good acceleration , no decent top speed , and most of all , horrible in corners , see 3:08 and that was small turn on very slow speed

No that Tumbler all works. It's not for just show. the director tried to kill it in the movie but just couldn't. It's fast by street car standards but not by race car standards. 0-60 in about 5 seconds. Top speed is around 140mph.

hahahahaha? 5.7 liter vs its all for torque not speed its 2 tons of pure metal, look at its thick huge tires too with no grip only for offroad, the engine is designed for 5k revs as the f1 car is designed for 20,000rpm revs and the f1 had a v16 designed for racing

@redarrow0 The Batmobile would prolly have a turboshaft on it if fuel economy wasn't something to worry about... could also use the afterburner then. :D

Although looking at the specs for that thing, it is fairly impressive considering the size of the thing... 5 sec acceleration, 100+ mph top speed...

No - it was completely custom built, from scratch, with a (I believe Chevy?) V8 powering it. Not a Lamborghini at all.
