hello, i pop into youtube and listen to your version at least once a week, its great, full of depth . i have exactly the same guitar and am trying learn this like mad!. what chords are you using ? luvvin dem blues :-]
@sassalaven Thanks for your kind words. The guitar is tuned in Open D for this song (DADF#AD) which should help in learning it! It's a straightforward blues in D except for the fact that you repeat bars 5 - 8, going to the IV chord twice and thus making it a 16 bar blues.
@alaggon i would not say to small just right. but i am a women so suits me! last night the guitar was played by 2 different guys and they loved it in fact one of them wanted to buy it from me!
@sassalaven 2 different guys in one night eh??!! ...Theres a very cheeky joke i could make there but seen as how i dont know you would take it, i better not he he! ; ). Thanks for the advise, much appreciated!
Everything about this vid is brilliant. Love it. Voice, guitar, style, sound - all superb!

Hey man is there a soundhole pickup on the guitar there? can't tell but looks like there may be.
alshieldsofficial 11 months ago
@alshieldsofficial Hi there - yep, there's a Fishman Rare Earth in there, but it's not being used in the clip, just the mic.
Cheers,
Lewis

First Hello from France.
Thnaks for your demo. My daugther has the same (good) guitar.
I wanted to know which strings did you put on?
Thank you for your answer.
Vargas934 1 year ago
@Vargas934 Hi there!
I think in this clip I would have had Martin 80/20 Medium strings on there (.013 - .056).
Now I prefer John Pearse 700M Phosphor Bronze (same gauge).
Hope that helps!

I was looking for a demo of the guitar, but I find myself coming back to listen to the song as a whole; your voice is fantastic, mate.
