Fourth record since Pope Adrian and I've noticed they've been consistently getting better with each one. It's very rare when a band goes 30 years without releasing one record short of extremely impressive. Rudimentary Peni certainly did that.
the phych medication his "doctors" gave him probobly made him a fucking zombie, I dont blame him for refusing medication in favor of his music,artwork, or "insanity". The medication stifled his ability to create, so he chose to go without medication treatment (as far as i know) I work with clients with schizophrenia...many are far from insane, but too different for their families/society to deal with.
I like the new stuff, but i miss the political and socially critical old stuff. I think Nick's depressed and obsessed with dying.

I'm not so much into the later Rudimentary Peni releases but I still appreciate their aesthetic. What an incredibly imaginative world they create.
