Why are other states and the EU funding such projects and Israel (and other border states) seems to do nothing? Shouldn't they know that terrorism will not decrease when treating their neighbours like this? I know there are problems with fundamentals - but the worse life conditions are the more support will terrorists get :-/
Why don't they go to the other nations Palestine borders? Because even though those nations are Arab and Muslims, they distrust and dislike them. Israel is the only country that opens its borders to them and it foolishly pays the price. Top example: the recent resealing of the wall between Gaza and Egypt. Maybe Israel should follow Egypt's example which is Jordan's, and Syria's as well.
under international humanitarian law palestinians are defined'protected persons'. specifically the fourth geneva conventions state the civilian population are the responsbility of the occupying sovereign state: in this case israel.
well, since it happens that fake-wounded women turn out to be suicide bombers and ambulances are used to carry bombs and weapons, mmh, what do you think? :)
Making EU funding and support contingent upon not supporting terrorism, and working towards the solution outlined in the present iteration of the peace negotiations with Israel, would rapidly enable these people to afford the primary healthcare they claim to need and want. Simply spreading anti-Israeli propaganda is prolonging the problem. It is not motivating these people to improve their circumstances.

Sadly this is the truth, most Europeans are being indoctrinated by leftists and liberals from childhood.

So, what you are implying is that everyone from Palestine is a terrorist, and helping the civilian infrastructer is supporting terrorists.
