MineCraft as most original game? I don't agree at all, to me the most original was Heavy Rain, for its 18 endings, totally interactive gameplay and dramatic plot, 3 things I've never seen in a game, Heavy Rain brought all together. Limbo is more original too, a 2D with no colors but so involving and scary... And even Kirby was very interesting.

The problem that it didn't come in the GOTY 2010 is that people forgot what experience the game gave, probably cause it was released in the very beginning of this year and that there was no multilayer in it that would keep people playing it. Not only that, Major games came out this year and they were more recent witch made Mass Effect 2 forgotten :(

Bioware is now doing the right thing by releasing ME3 in the end of this year :)

not going to lie RDR has excellent sound but Bad Company 2 (I'm defs going to get flamed now) makes you feel like your there it is good. And best gameplay shouldn't have been COD as every COD game is (this is coming from a huge fan) generally exactly the same. And because of that I'm not getting COD8. But totally agree with game of the year. RDR is awesome.
