Wasn't a huge fan of their newest album, but that does not mean it was bad. It was just..different. Oh but god forbid that they experiment right? Let them. We know what they're capable of, and they just wanted a simpler album. That's fine. I'll support these guys. Sure, I'd love an album from them that was as godlike as Shogun and their albums previous to that. They just want to progress, and I have no problem with that really. May they continue to be metal.

One prime example that most people can relate to is Metallica. After the black album a lot of the loyal fans fell off because of so called evolution they went through. True, I only listen to the older stuff, but they could have sold more, been more popular if they stayed with their original sound.
