  • had same procedure and a shard of my jaw bone was left behind and caused an infection, my wisdoms turned out to be much worse than having my appendix removed.

  • @iW3RK i'm 15 and i'm getting mine removed because there is something wrong with its position...how did your surgery go? and may i ask about the recovery?

  • OMFG!!!!!!!! I really wish I hadn't watched this before surgery!!!!!!!

  • I have horizontal wisdom teeth on the bottom part of my mouth and it was crazy to get out but after 3 1/2 weeks I've been dealing with packings in my "hole" so nothing infects it. It's not terrible, just need time to recover.

  • @bigtymeplaya85 Lol, im less than three weeks and I am completely normal. Don't feel a thing, sutures have dissolved, I can poke around and touch the back of my mouth. It's like normal. The Doctor also used a new technology to remove my teeth. No nerve damage, and almost zero pain. Numbness went away in less than a day. It was great. Back to work and school in a few small days.

  • So this is how they did it, huh. But I didn't get stitches, there was just a hole left there! But it was as big as that hole was, all the way down into my head, so I don't know how my doctor did it O.o

  • this helped me to understand what i need to go through, thank you! i have less fear now since i know how it is done

  • My dentist told me I have this precise type of impaction but discouraged me from getting it done in his office in such a way that made it sound like facial paralysis is a present risk of my wisdom tooth extraction. I know it was poor presentation on his part and I'm having a consultation with who's supposed to be a great oral surgeon in just under two weeks but still, I'm paranoid that if I get the surgery I'll eternally look like I had a stroke. Is my worrying valid? I'm asymptomatic btw.

  • Yup, pretty much what my 4 widom tooth extractions looked and sounded like....maybe a little more drilling and no narration. Not painful and no complications during recovery except losing a few pounds I could do without.

  • Holy FUCK.

I'm glad i'm getting mine removed now.

I'm not even 16 yet and my wisdom teeth have sprouted

    lucky me .. i hope

  • this is very common in my country. i am a dentist and i do 3 or 4 surgeries like this every week. i never have pain during my procedures, but 1 over 10 patients have a very painful postoperatory, such as alveolitis, its a infection and inflamatory complication but with pain killers, antibiotics and corticoesteroids you always get fix. just trust in you dentist and have a positive actitude to de procedure. help the professional to help you. greetings from Argentina!

  • OMG IM GONNA PRAY TO THE TOOTH FAIRY!!!"!

  • i had 2 on the Right side removed under local anesthesia. it doesn't hurt but the dentist didn't numb me enough on the top one, that one hurt very much. im going back in 1 week for the 2 left ones. yea the nerves are always present but i really am thankful that they are being extracted because they were impacted and in fact, it hurt more when they were coming out than when they got extracted.

  • I Need To Get Mine Out Very Soon Theyre Horizontal and hurt very much. ilive In Southbend Indiana!

  • @lindsayjo06 why is every word in your sentence capitalized? retardo

  • Omg that's how mine are ... OMG I don't want to go ! D :

  • ah, ew, oh. my god.

    it's too much. :'(

  • I just had this done. It was pretty much painless, but afterwards I had to take a prescription pain killer.

  • which place/city u want to done this i can suggest u best surgeon to u..

  • Is that what they are going to have to do to me? D:

  • mommy!!!!!!

  • that's REALLY VERY NICE JOB : GOOD PROFFESIONAL : THANKS FOR SHARE !!

  • ill be asleep when they'll do this... + fillings >.<

  • im scared like lolz but igotta be strong eheheeh

  • Been there done that.... Sounds scary but its OK..... Its almost painless.... Imagine somebody poking your gums gently with cotton buds ... that is how I describe the feeling.... What you guys really have to worry about is not being able to eat solid in 4-5days and the slight swelling thats all.... I'm glad its all over

  • I have to get this done soon as well. Would be nice to keep them as a souvenir lol.

  • can you keep your teeth as a souvenire?

  • @elgeeno your not suppose you as they can attract disease and make you very sick just by handling them a few days later. Your dentist maybe nice and give them to but.

  • @ijones8 i told them when i have mine removed throw em out what use did i have for them.

  • @godzilla74114 had = have.

  • I'm going to have this exact surgery in this or next week, cool that it's a Danish instruction video, so I can understand some of it. Wish me luck! :P

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh needle in the mouth!!!!!! it hurts!!!! it hurts!!!!

  • see how good they are if you wana know why? It's cause those sergeons are German (like me) and German people take pride in everything they do.I just wished the states had german sergeons like that! perfect job! text book procedure.

  • @g198111

ye gotta give it to the germans

  • @elmojow but why did he cut the crown in 4 pieces and not just one piece

  • @elmojow they cut it that way since the molar is out of axis, that way the bone that need to be cut is less, also it makes it easier to pull it out with less trauma

  • @g198111 agreed!

  • @g198111

Actually the surgeon is Swedish and the commentator is Danish, otherwise I agree to what you say, nicely done surgery.

  • I wish my surgeon was that skilled

  • the best moment is when the whole tooth is now out ===> mission successful

  • aah im shivering

  • why did i watched this??? :(

  • excellent work.....proper preparation for procedure...very sterile environment....the patient was wide awake and no discomfort therefore proper anesthesia...very little trauma altho tooth was positioned in awkward and difficult position..therefore patient may not experience extruciating pain afterwards...very neat procedure...thumbs up!!i wud love to find a surgeon like that to remove mine...

  • beautiful job, those dentist really know how to get that out! I couldn't understand a word, but seeing it done is awesome.

  • hes gona feel so much better

  • nice work
