Well there are a lot of reasons. I really feel like Sasuke does love Sakura but because of everything that has happened in his life he feels like he can't be close to her because of everything. Also, my boyfriend and I cosplay Sakura and Sasuke and seeing them reminds me of him and I and I dunno I just like it. :]
