I have to laugh every time I see comments like, oh their on steroids. What a bunch of morons. Doesn't anyone ever sit back and actually think before they say something. Most of these guys got that way from hard work and dedication. There is no easy way to those six pack abs or eight pack. No easy way, you heard that right. It takes a lot of work and dedication which most of you lazy people will never have because you're sitting at home on the couch all day twiddling your thumbs.

You ever notice, most of these bodybuilder guys are always short, under 5'10." It's because when they were young they were so insecure about their height that they figured big muscles would compensate for the shortness.
