  • Comment removed

  • Is this John or George?

  • @moneysliz It's John

  • @MrACDC1997 It was George, Both played the riff and Harrison played the lead parts

  • @BL80488 i thought he ment the singing *sorry*

  • awesome!

  • I Have played it on the 2nd fret in A,Sounds the same.Great job!

  • dr robert was robert zimmerman aka bob dylan

  • @clyde36s I think the "Dr. Robert" the song is based on was an American physician the Beatles met in L.A. who was kinda popular amongst the musicians and other celebrities because he became the supplier of pills (mostly amphetamines and barbiturates) to the rocknroll community in Los Angeles. There´s another version that claims this Dr. Robert is the same person who introduced George and John to LSD by dropping some acid in their teacups after dining. The Dylan possibility seems more unlikely.

  • doctor robert is three people the dentist from london who gave john anmd george acid with their cofee, robert dylan the man intro duced them to weed andjohn lennon he always caried their drugs during the final touring years

  • @intelsiberia I'd suggest that Dr. Robert just sounded good. To me that's more poetic than all those silly speculations, and far fetched explantions.

  • Its about time for me to give dr robert a call.

  • A Rolling Stones T-Shirt while playin' Beatles ! Shame on you! Nice cover.

  • absolutely fantastic!!

  • how does the strumming go?

  • which guitar do you have ? looks exactliy like mine

    thanks

  • @bumtschak96 That's a LP Standard, '03.

  • Best version on the Tube. Nice going. Are you playing A7sus4 or Asus4 in the first bars? And when you switch to F# are you muting the fifth or playing it?

  • @handyboy2000 That's A7 to C in the first few bars. When I play the F#, I play that low F# note at the second fret rather than muting. I hope that helps.

  • @privettricker It looks like A7 to D, but I will try C!

  • @09jpick Sorry, you're right -- it's D!

  • @privettricker Not A7 to C. It's A7 to D. I'm getting old.

  • FINALLY a version barre chords. John Lennon playing a non lazy-chord rhythm? LOL

  • nice bulge

  • @Almno10 You obviously have a good eye for those.

  • You really need more views!
