Bear in mind that Weber really got him, and that Lilja is currently injured. He said in an interview that he didn't remember much beyond the first punch, so I think that when he is just holding his head down doing nothing, it is because he's essentially knocked out, until another blow takes his legs away. Usually he's not that bad a fighter.
