dude all you have to do is put in DFU mode so you hold th hols button for three seconts then add the home button for ten then let go of the hold button wile still holding the home button for 30 more seconts then restoring your ipod in itunes and it should work fine.

Ok. 1. connect the ipod to yuor computer. 2. now HOLD the Home button AND the lock button. until it restarts. your ipod is now in a hard reset. 3. it will restore. there ya go. and TO ALL people. you dont have to put your touch/phone into DFU mode. trust me. ive jailbroken my ipod atleast 6 times. goodday! :)
