4G isn't available everywhere like 3G anyways (soon though). These smartphones that allow video over the network (streaming out) is going to cause some problems on the road they should be allowed to wifi only for this reason if I see someone videoing and driving there's gonna be a problem.

Ipod Touch dosen't let you call or send messages, it's can play music, videoes, pictures, browse internet.

You should get HTC EVO 4G, i tried on of my friends HTC, it's very responsive and works great, it can be used as a phone, send messages, it can play music, videoes, pcitures, faster internet and you don't need iTunes to upload songs, pictures or movies.

But it's your choice of course :)

@Chooey6542 because the Evo can do all that + more. it has a bigger screen which is 4:3 inches it has 8x picture, and not like iphone 5x. it has 720p HD which iphone doesn't have plus you can video chat without having to be on wifi, and you can connect up to 8 devices and so it can be use as a hotspot. and plus have more better apps then the Iphone. I can go on and on. but im going to right here.......

@Chooey6542 I just wrote it? But 1. It's almost fully customizable. 2. It has 3g almost anywhere. 3. You don't need WI-FI to use the equivalent of "Face Time" 4. It has no expandable storage (SD card etc.) 5.No HDMI 6.Flash support. And in a year or so there will be more apps. Truth is Android is the future. iPhone was the pioneer, but Android is where it's going.
