once you have installed the program when you hover over the top left part of the video sceen on youtube a little tab should open that says "download with real player" or something like that...click it

@chloe35mm Hi, im in Spain, and everytime I go to a show and I see me on TV, u can maybe do what I do and call the channel and ask them to send u a copy cause is ur image that is showing on tv.

It always works here is Spain.
