i rem when ice skating was massive in the early 80's and i skated at richmond ice rink most wkends...shame it closed down cos the rink in slough was too plasticky lol.
@ghpm I cannot tell you how jealous i was of your wife back then lol. I remember watching thinking, Why didn't i ask Jim that!!! Always remember it so well & sat here now with my 7 year old daugter watching dancing on ice and she said to me 'mummy, i want Jane & Chris to teach me how to skate'..... Had to see if this was on here to show her..... Fab stuff, can she still skate??
@leilamo , Sorry forgot my password to ghpm and had to join again, Hannah still likes to skate but not often, But our daughter is almost 6 years old and the costume fits her perfectly, And we sit and watch it every weekend :-)

Thats my wife! she hates it when ever we tell people she was on Jim'll fix it, Got the skates badge and signed book all boxed in our loft :-)
