Who cares about pesticides and all the talk about organic this and organic that.See,the truth is that it would be virtually imposible to meet the demand and feed a city of raw vegans.Everyone would have to go back to growing there own food, life expectancy will increase-which wouldn't be good for the population control agenda. If the food grows it's alive and what people want to put into their body's is life.I have never eaten organic and I dramatically improved my health.Higher cost cut demand.
im not from the US, but Ive seen many of his videos, and reaserched a bit, and I think your country should have a president like him.. At least he is against war..
If you look at every carnivore in nature, they rest more because of how taxing digesting meat is, so if you are vegan you won't need to sleep as much! Plus all the other things Dennis said.
@MrVegan4ever First off let me say I love the name you chose. And obviously I respect you. Regarding your saying "They're all the same shit. ", well I can not disagree more. With that attitude nothing can ever change. Also someone like Dennis can never be President because no one thinks someone with his integrity could ever be voted in. I believe you probably haven't really done much research on who Dennis is and what he stands for. If you did I believe you would admire him as much as I do.
@MrVegan4ever - you poor sad person. I actually think he is distinctively different from every other SOLD OUT politician in your screwed up country. electing this guy could go a long way to re-establishing americas credibility in the world. he might also lean the tables back to a more "socially just" place for the average american. free education (to university) is essential, free health care is essential. people are warned against using american doctors when we travel to your country
Ugh. I liked this guy, but I really am different on this one. Everything's fine in moderation, and you can't dictate food choices to Americans. We're not all vegan.
Well being a vegan is an ethical stance so you can't do that in moderation. The position is that using or killing a another living animal is wrong. Every living creature has the right to live without misery. One being is not more entitled than the other.
@TheVeganHere - that is NOT the only reason people choose vegan-ism and who are you to comment on behalf of all vegans? if the environment where safe to consume meat many would - as evolutionarily we have evolved as omnivores and man has a hunter instinct to this day. why is it that you need to encapsulate everyone's view within your own. can't you just speak for yourself? I believe the point being made in this video is the exact impact it has had on this mans life. nothing more
You can't? You should look into the average meat consumption of Americans per year and their ecological footprint. Now look up the same footprint for a vegetarian or vegan. There's nothing wrong with saying to people "Get a fucking grip, eat healthy and with moderation". Because we both know that the Western meat consumption is far beyond "moderate".
@SSTTEEAALLTTHH They just feel dictated to because common sense tells them we're right. We don't have to dictate to them, their conscience does, whether they listen to it, or accuse us of being forceful is up to them.
All they could come up with is that he's a rabbit? All veggies/vegans hear that everyday, how can it be funny the one millionth time around? Also, me and my husband are of similar age difference. It's not that unusual. Consenting adults make adult choices.
Most people fear and loathe vegans so it isn't in his best interest to state in public that he is one. I think he knew that it would hurt his chances but he was being honest. I think he's great.

Ah Dennis Kucinich. I'll say this for anyone who claims to be vegan and or believes in politics:
They will never allow a vegan into politics or power and they will never allow one to dictate anything. The more aware a vegan is, the less chance they will be allowed to run anything. One would only cripple what those arseholes have built.
I doubt Kucinich was even a vegan to start with, but, if he was, he was used anyway to get a certain crowd's attention, namely newcomers to animal rights etc.
"I doubt Kucinich was even a vegan to start with, but, if he was, he was used anyway to get a certain crowd's attention, namely newcomers to animal rights etc."
Well Dennis was a vegan long before he ran for president. And he is "used" by no one. But who do you think he got "used" by anyway?
Obviously you have very little, if any, knowledge of Dennis' life or political record.
I took no offense whatsoever. I don't need to know his background, as you've read my comment it doesn't make a difference if he was or wasn't.
Who was he used by? How do you give a name to a system run my people who don't want people to live without governance or a reliance on money and especially a natural diet?
Just remembering what happened when I last saw him and the Obama stuff. Then the question asked by someone in a fake vegan group, it was so corny.
Over these two years I've been reminded again and again don't just take someone's word for it. They can claim to be vegans, vegetarians or anything else and they just turn out to be fakers wanting attention. But like I said it doesn't matter if he was or wasn't. Don't trust strangers period.
So a "system run my people who don't want people to live without governance or a reliance on money and especially a natural diet" used Dennis? Do you even know what you mean? So Dennis was forced, bribed or just is part of the mystery system? Seriously you are making no sense. You can have the last word because life is too short to debate factless opinions.
2. As unhealthy as possible (including clouding the issue of veganism).
3. Use as many tactics as possible to convince the public some of them do care about "welfare", "health care" and the usual mind games, (Why do you think he didn't get elected if he was vegan anyway)?
4. Infiltrate names of movements to weaken their stance (they already do this)...
"So Dennis was forced, bribed or just is part of the mystery system?"
Lets say he is vegan, why didn't he get in? Because he would affect business, medical, chemical, pharmaceutical. Its really not that hard to realize is it.
Or, why wouldn't he be vegan? Well I always thought "They wouldn't even le them near the candidate seats unless they wanted a crowd's attention. And they obviously wanted attention. But like I said he is or isn't, makes no difference to me.
Great clip.... Dennis should be President... as I feel it's the only way Americans will get health education. There is way too much corporate and other interests - on a mission to brainwash the people into believing they must eat animals. Watch "Food That Kills" for a real eye opener. People, it's time to realize you can't eat animal based products and expect to live cancer, heart disease and diabetes free. We truly are what we eat... make the connection.
Those same food conglomerates that Dennis denounces are the same ones that are funding the campaigns and councils that exist within the Democratic party. I'm not doubting the sincerity of the message from Kucinich, but I just think he needs to understand that the political party that he plans to work with from within in order to initiate change is the same one that stands as a impediment towards the sort of change he and others sink. Its time for a real alternative, a ordinary peoples party!
He supports a party that's heavily funded by agricultural conglomerates. All I'm saying is that he should break away from the Democrats. I'm not trying to get into another useless youtube shouting match.
No, the government is the body by which we the people set the rules to our society. You are free to eat as much junk food as you want, but as a society we will educate our children about food, as a society we will work to understand the damage and costs of certain choices.
If your out there Dennis, your one of good ones. I am sure the American people would have benefitted greatly if you had become president, however keep on with doing good in your line of work as you will continue to be appreciated by not only Vegans but everyone who would like a healthier happier and longer life (including the animals!!!), please check out my own video and website. Best Regards to you. George
Smart man. Meat-eaters get vitamins second hand through the animal and farm animals in the US are fed garbage-quality grain at this point in our history. The health benefits of eating meat are negative which accounts for all the health problems. Add that with pesticides and high-fructose corn syrup and you have a great recipe for cancer. Eat organic fruits and vegetables if you want to live a good life.

Not sure my other comment posted because of a link but new study shows Vegans brains shrink from lack of vitamins in meat! That explains Pamela Anderson!!!!
I read that article and the study said it was due to lack of b-12 that peoples brains shrink. Not due to lack of the vitamins in meat. Of course b-12 is in meat.
B-12 is also available through non-animal sources. There are supplements with b-12 or many cereals, and other food products that are fortified with b-12. In fact if you eat organic vegetables from your own garden and don't wash off all the soil you can get b-12 from there as well. B-12 originates from the soil.
He's brilliant, people are so stupid. Their is not ment to be one ruler, but many! Go veg, for your health, animals, and our planet. Lock up idiots! peaceee
I love this guy, support impeachment! This guy is an inspiration to us all. Go get 'em you crazy vegan! Another amazing vegan in the fight against the New World Order!
Yeah, our country is way too ignorant for him. Sorry, but I am just thinking of how half the people here voted for a complete yuck like Bush and Bush senior. Not good.
i think it is really great that he has proposed a bill focusing on prevention although i am sad to say the medical system is set up like it is for a reason and that is so doctors will always have jobs and be in demand it is also why it is extremely difficult to get into medical school (apart from the obvious reasons).
I have never, ever been so moved by a politician. The world, and I do mean the whole world, would be a better place if Dennis were president. It breaks my heart that at this point in US history someone like Dennis is considered a fringe candidate.
