its a nice tutorial and even without words it's easy to understand... i like the way you rolled the tule to measure and cut it!!! but i confess watching you cutting every different color was sort of boring...

you need to use your word and not just show us what you are doing. some people dodnt like the music and somepeople dont know what to do so i think that you should remake your viedo WITH WORDS so people understand you. also you if you are a coward to talk and USE YZOUR WORDS then you show put in subtitles so people can know what to do. take it for granet that you are probably not going to get more than 35,000 or 30,000 view if you dont use your words. i am JUST Saying and speaking my thoughts....

you can buy tulle at any fabric store. its usually around 1 dollar a yard.

you can get the tulle( the fabric) pretty much anywhere, target, walmart, hobby lobby...etc., to make a tutu poofy, all you really have to do is lay it down on a flat surface w/ all the layers flattened, and then you hairspay it, let it dry and then flip it over and do the same. You repeat that step until your satisfied with the result (:
