@9980332666 - OOIBase32 is discontinued since 2005. We are no longer distributing it or supporting it. It does not work with Windows Vista or 7 (64 bits). You may considering buying the SpectraSuite ($199), full spectroscopy platform software.
If you upgrade to SpectraSuite, the other problems would be solved and you would be able to install the drivers.
