I don't mind the rating. I played the first game when I was 8 and i think it's great to introduce games like these to the next generation rather than that cod crap. Plus, I tried the game and it seems to be filled with people that are far from being 10 year olds. Rating shows minimum age, not the target audience.

Besides, lot's of games are very popular with teens/adults despite cartoonish looks. Team Fortress 2 for example. haha sorry for coming off like a jerk, I do agree with you about the artstyle, I prefer the realistic to this cartoony stuff. I even watched some gameplay to see if there actually was blood and decaying bodies from a war but I was bitterly disappointed. There is no blood and there is almost no carnage left behind from a battle. The dead units bodies just disappear. I think the makers are doing this to attract new age of empires players but it might make vetrans want to leave.
