hey I had a question, does the xpole ruin the ceilings from all the weight and all that stuff? I live in a apartment and I want one but I wanna make sure it doesn't ruin my ceiling!

@TheLexijenx As long as u put the pole on the ceiling that is directly under a joist(ceiling beam). If u don't yes, the pole can punch a hole in the ceiling. I used one when i used to rent, no problem

Thanks for posting! Since I've had my pole (about a year) I've only ever focused on tricks and not dancing or floor moves. Now my boyfriend wants a show and I'm trying to put together a routine. I use x-poles. No matter what level you are you should always go with a good quality pole so I recommend x-poles, platinum stages, lil mynx poles. I'm sure there are more out there but these are the ones that I know are people using as advance dancers.

If she didn't have that type of hair, the head swings would probably not have been a big part of her routine. Everyone has their limitations. Racism has nothing to do with it.
