  • Great Vid Ron Paul is the Father of Freedom !

  • I think Gary Johnson would actually do well; he doesn't worry about what we shouldn't have done so much but more about what we should do about it now. That is what my biggest beef about Paul is. He worries too much about the past when he needs to come up with how to deal with the future. I will say that he came up with a great idea of auditing the Federal Reserve.

  • Why would you bash on Newt Gingrich when he showed proven leadership of cutting government during the Clinton Administration? I generally agree with Paul but the fact is, he doesn't have a shot. I'm sorry but he has never appeared to be very like able when speaking. I will agree with the guy but he never seems to be talking in reality. Gingrich has a record as Speaker of coming up with solutions to current problems. I'll admit that he doesn't have a big chance either but bigger than Paul.

  • Ron Paul 2012. He will do much better this time people! He has gotten more attention, his books are out, and he has tackled issues that people are starting to wake up to (Audit The Fed). Lets rally this country and restore the Republic and a decent society.

  • Hey Southern Avenger - maybe you can talk Ron Paul and his never say die Libertarian cult followers in to getting Ron Paul to compete for the Miss Teen American contest.

    or

Enter the NBA slam dunk competition.

He has as much chance as winning or not embarrassing our people in these contests as he does in running for President of the United States on this 100% Libertarian cult program.

Plus the guys almost 80 years old.

RP can't remember writing or reading his RP Newsletter ~ 91.

  • TELL YOUR FRIENDS PUT OUT SIGNS GET HIS NAME OUT THERE!! THE MESSAGE WILL WIN!! the only problem the message faces is not enough exposure. get his name out there we need the recognition...the message will do the rest!

  • @fisharecoming The problem with Ron Paul is that he comes off as being "crazy". It's not until you spend time understanding the logic of his arguments, that you realize he's right. Every issue he talks about, makes perfect sense to me. He really changed my life. I'm glad he changed his views on the open boarder ideology he had back in the 80's.

  • @satarnag same here. i started reading his books, and doing reasearch a little over a year ago. i found myself changing a lot of my beliefs. So the goal is to at least get his name out there so people at least know who he is. The second he declares his run for 2012, in january?, im donating $1000 to the first money bomb. and painting my town with Ron Paul flyers and stickers.

  • @satarnag you were right when you said at first that Ron Paul comes off as "Crazy".

Libertarian true believers come off as "Crazy" to the American public - they never even win 2% of the popular vote. Americans like some, a lot of government.

    Social Security

    Funding for the Navy

    THE BORDER PATROL

Here that Ron Paul you $*#@(*$@ idiot Libertarian kook, we need a large border patrol/army on our borders to stop the hordes from the Third World.

And why does RP support the Ground ) Mosque?

  • Yeah @fisharecoming , Ron Paul is really going to WIN the US Presidential race.

Ron Paul should compete in the Kenturcky Derby horse race, he has as much chance competing against 3 year old theroughbred race horses as he has competing to win the US presidential race as an 80 year old Libertarian true believer.

RP won all of 22 delegates last time - that's what < 2% of the delegates.

  • I think America is ready to shut down government over a budget fight, by 2013 demanding it. Democrats screaming they're coming for grandma and starving children and republicans screaming terrorists are under your bed isn't going to work.

Ron Paul is the only man that will stand firm with his constitutional veto pen.

  • I agree with Jim Demint when he said that if the GOP breaks their promises than they will end. My hope is that Libertarianism rises from the ashes of Neo Conservatism.

  • Can we please get this man elected people? For pity sake it's time.

  • The Tea Party is about to be tested. Is it a group of limited government, free market, fiscal conservatives, or is it just a group of unhappy Republicans? Watch the Senate race in Arizona and Georgia to see what the Tea Party is actually made of.

  • @Donovan4Senate no the tea party is libertarians/constiutionalists but has been infiltrated by phonys.

  • @Donovan4Senate the Tea Party is about to fail miserably. They are a disorganized mess of random white "conservatives" who watch TV more than average. Their biggest rally was led by Glenn Beck, a television personality.

You can blah-blah about Ron Paul all you want - Paul fans are a minority, and all Glenn Beck has to do is run a few shows and get 10 million people to show up. Ron Paul can get 10 thousand, at best.

Jews run the media, Rick Sanchez knows it.

  • @CarryANationIII This country is broke, Ron Paul is about the only one in Washington willing to acknowledge that. This country is going to have to acknowledge that Keynesian economics doesn't work & has brought us economic ruin. The collectivists Democrats like Keynesian economics because it allows them to do all their social programs & expand bureacracy. The center right Republicans like it because it allows them to war monger & build nations. Paul supporters are not in the minority.

  • @Donovan4Senate The Republican party is being pulled apart by the extremes of the party: the so called "center right" vs. the libertarians. Mean while it seems that the Democrats are on the road to the same fate with the so called "center left" vs. the far left. The battle between the "center right" and libertarians is only going to intensify after the Novemeber elections if the GOP picks up the gains it anticipates and will intensify increasingly between November of 2010 and November of 2012.

  • At last, Ron Paul is receiving a review that reflects his political philosophy!

  • ron paul and alex jones listeners created the tea party. it has been co-opted by the gop, and fakes like palin and beck.

  • 1994: Contract With America. We voted the neocons back in and they rewarded us with the K Street project corruption and more pork for sale than ever before.

    2010: The Pledge To America

To quote president Bush, "Fool me once, shame on... shame on you. Fool me twice.... Can't get fooled again."

Sometimes, that GWB BS actually makes sense!

  • Excellent commentary! I sure wish people were smart enough to elect Ron Paul! That would be a great day.

  • I’m impressed by the resiliency of the tea party. In spite of sympathy for the big government lunacy of the military-industrial complex (which many on the right are finally starting to question) the mantra of small government/sound money is still alive in the tea party. Judge Napolitano had Glenn Beck on his show recently and the last thing he asked was “You’re still more Ron Paul than Sarah Palin, right?” -Beck said ‘yes.’ The sheep love Beck. There may be hope yet.

  • "There is not a dime's worth of difference between McCain or Obama"

    - Ron Paul

  • What I find amusing is this naive assumption that most of the tea partiers are really interested in libertarian ideas. Most are only interested in shrinking government in ways that affect people who aren't them (i.e. minorities, the poor, etc.). Mention welfare and they scream "socialism", but try suggesting taking away their medicare with your average tea partier and see how far you get. For most of these people It's tribalism, not principle; the sooner the libertarians realize this the better.

  • @WheelchrAssassin well you o realize the tea party was started by Ron Paul supporters in 2007. so the tea party movement is a libertarian movement. anything outside that has been hijacking.

  • @fisharecoming very well put. aka co-op'd and that is some BS!

  • awesome slap down...lol

  • Paul was right all along. But it is too late.

I just want to sincerely THANK Ron Paul for his tireless efforts to save my doomed country.

  • Comment removed

  • he's got my vote and the votes of the numerous friends I have turned from the dark side.

  • Start spreading the word of Ron Paul to people that don't even have a computer and tell them to vote for him in 2012!

    ><

  • that is why none of the candidates were at the signing they lie, they promise, they want things to stay the same.

We need a REAL REVOLUTION we need to get rid of all the incumbents this year & elect true constitutionalists that are ready to end interventionism & save our country.

  • blank557 said it all in his comment. Ron Paul and Jesse Ventura in 2012!

  • @ronheri Jesse Ventura is a socialist, he has nothing to do with the constitutionalists position that Ron Paul advocates.

  • I can't wait to see Paul at the presidential debates!

  • As per usual Jack you are RIGHT ON POINT. I recently attended a Tea Party town hall meeting with Senator Lindsey Graham and I was amazed at how both Senator Graham AND the Tea Party advocated the same old status quo. I made a short video about it if anyone is interested, I attached in response

  • Most Republicans shift with the wind, stand for nothing, and deserve to lose. Ron Paul is a rock.

  • Jack, you nailed it! Ron Paul's pledge to America is 30 years old. If the establishment was serious about pledging anything worthwhile to America, they would have embraced Ron Paul a long time ago.

You can't trust these swindlers. Look at 'em... standing there in their "business casual"..., foregoing the $2000 suits for a pair of khakis, no ties, one button undone, trying to make people think that they're "down to earth" and "one of us"... a staged photo op. John Boehner makes me sick.

  • he had my last and next vote

  • @surefoot4x4x4 same

  • lewrockwell..com

    anti-state, anti-war, pro-market

  • Gary Johnson / Ron Paul in 2012!

  • @davejoe75 No, Ron Paul/Gay Johnson

  • @darinfl1

That would be such a great ticket. Ron Paul and Gary Johnson would kick ass.

  • Get a job ya fuckin bums.

  • I'm not as radical as most people in this audience so I think we should vote Republican. Just USE the Republican Party as a foundation to start a better home. Use the future elections as stepping stones so that over time the Conservatives can progressively achieve their goals. Most Americans will have a tough time accepting drastic revolutionary change. When the Republicans are up for re-election vote out those who prove to be less than desirable and replace them with better conservatives.

  • @nbenicewicz So what Democrats AND Republicans have done to our country and our money over the past 100 years isn't DRASTICALLY REVOLUTIONARY? What is so "radical" about letting people keep their own money and asking government to uphold the Constitutional pledge elected officials have taken?

  • @darinfl1 The progressives didn't do what they did over night, they did it one or two steps at a time over a hundred years. It's going to take a long time to reverse what they did. Does the Federal Reserve need to be disbanded? Yes, but it will take time. Like I said before most Americans will have a hard time accepting revolutionary change in one big swoop. I'm surprised people didn't read what I wrote and understand what I meant.

  • @nbenicewicz right now is the best time to abolish the fed when we can show what happens to the value of the dollar & what happens to the value of commodities in real time. your basically watching Keynesian & Austrian economics battle it out in the market.

  • @nbenicewicz Indeed. I agree that only an incrementalism in the other direction can save the Republic. I was making the point that the real extremism is that of the enemies of human liberty.

  • @darinfl1 Forgive me but why did it take so long for you to get back to me on a comment I posted 3 months ago?

  • THANK YOU, S.A. for expressing so well what so many of us feel about Ron Paul, the most beloved man in the District of Criminals.

    RON PAUL 2012!

  • This is precisely why I don't trust any of the house leaders; they are still neo-cons hell bent on the destruction of the US in the name of making us safe. We will never be safe so long as they are in control. Ron Paul should be the next Speaker of the House, not "Bonehead" Bohner.

  • Ron Paul is the only person in Congress that is graded 100% when it comes to obeying and abiding by the US Constitution. His voting record speaks for itself. What also speaks for itself is when the Republican establishment critiques Dr. Paul and when they rolled their eyes at him during the presidential debates. Paul was the only one "Constitutionally CORRECT" and the others were light-weights.

  • We don't need another amendment to the constitution. They don't follow it NOW, what makes you think simply adding another amendment will make a difference?

The only amendment we need is one repealing the XVI Amendment (income taxes). And maybe the XVII too (making senators elected by popular vote instead of appointed by their state legislature).

  • @Chad9976 and another thing to add...PENALTIES for not following it.

  • @ArmorOfChrist777 well, that's already written into the Constitution - it's called impeachment. It's just never enforced.

  • @Chad9976 for the prez yeah, but what about the congress critters?...no impeachment possibility for them IIRC.

  • SOUTHERN AVENGER,.. thank you man,.. your voice is heard loud and clear, thank you for fighting the good fight.

  • Although I completely agree with the video, I am also a realist and believe anyone talking about cutting social security will become very unpopular in a hurry as can be seen in Nevada where the Rep and Dem are running neck in neck and the rest of the country is polling overwhelmingly Rep and cutting defense when the country is in 2 wars would be irresponsible so do we want moderate Reps or all progressives the lesser of 2 evils as usual

  • The great helmsman Chairman Mao said 'a revolution is not a TEA PARTY'

USA needs to scrap its outmoded constitution and it needs a solid dose of a lot more regulation. L Ron Paul is not going to help this agenda.

  • @maxine2win Oh look! A marxist! That's cute, you can go and run along now.

  • @LaughingMage

Oh look, someone with no critical skills who spouts hyperbole

Just because someone doesn't share your narrow fanatical view doesn't mean they are then a marxist

  • @maxine2win yeah, tell me how regulations help now??..those huge federal agencies are full of employees that just sit on their asses sucking up all the free tax money and taking bribes to look the other way from the mega-corps they're supposed to be "regulating"...no, we don't need that, what we need to do is enforce the laws that are already on the books...last time I checked we still have laws against murder, fraud, theft, etc.....that's how you handle these psychopathic CEO's.....

  • @ArmorOfChrist777

Regulation in and of itself is not necessarily going to help. Regulation needs to be effective and it needs to be able to be enforceable. That is you need to be able to make it work, and finally it actually needs to be enforced. I'll grant you the USA seems to have a poor government structure. Hence my belief that you need to update your constitution

Your system seems to have built-in inefficiencies

  • @maxine2win but of course it's hard to enforce the anti-fraud laws when the government participates in the fraud!!

  • @maxine2win your right!!!!!!! Ron Paul's not going to help your Marxist agenda & you'd have a hard time convincing anyone on this board into converting.

  • @davidpark68

Nothing marxist about thinking USA needs an improved constitution

  • Ron Paul is my president.

  • "one day people will learn that their government doesn't give a fuck about them....it doesn't care about you, your rights, your children, your welfare, or your safety....it simply doesn't give a fuck about you. It only interested in its OWN power, keeping it, and expanding it wherever possible."

    -George Carlin

  • Simply put....another home run video by the great Southern Avenger! Fantastic work Jack!

  • Ron Paul is the only politician I trust

  • @bstaff88 @pam88r Make that two if we win in Kentucky!! Come on guys lets get one for Kentucky!

    From Denver!

  • The MAN.

  • Dead on as usual

  • The problem is that the Tea Party has been hijacked by the Republicans. The original Tea Party members had ideals very much like Ron Paul. Personal liberty, small government, non-interventionism, etc. Now we see "Conservative Tea Party" everywhere. The problem is, conservatives WANT the war on drugs. They WANT to ban gay marriage. They WANT a lot of things that Ron Paul doesn't stand for. They figured out they couldn't change the Tea Party, so they took it over and claimed it for themselves.

  • The so-called 'tea party' supporting people like O'Donnel in DE, a nutbar who thinks masturbation is a sin, that evolution is a non-sense idea, and accepts endorsements from people like Palin is just as dangerous as supporting the Democrat or Republican 'parties'.

Let the record show - because it DOES (if voters checked the records they'd know this) - that Ron Paul is truly a champion of 'the people', the Constitution, and personal liberty and all that implies.

RON PAUL IN 2012 has my vote.

  • @theonlykatii "...a nutbar who thinks masturbation is a sin, that evolution is a non-sense idea..."

The above is irrelevant. What should be of concern to the voter is here political policy prescriptions. If O'Donnell desires a continuation of the status-quo in terms of foreign policy and monetary policy then this should be of great concern to the potential voter. It appears however, that her paradigms regarding foreign policy lay within the neoconservative camp.

  • @Mechanized0 But of course her level of intelligence - and ignorance, which I've pointed out is severely 'low' on both counts should be of great concern to voters.

"It appears however, that her paradigms regarding foreign policy lay within the neoconservative camp." .... YA THINK? lol

  • @Mechanized0 That, sir.... is a lucid, logical argument, and a concise and admirable summation of the facts. Maybe not as much fun as some others, but in the long run much more effective.

  • the republican pledge is a JOKE. We need term limits, balanced budgets, END the retirement program for politicians, Declared Wars ONLY. Great job again Jack!

  • I hope he runs... Our Las Vegas Ron Paul Meet-up group wikk start with 300 instead of 16 like in 2007... We grew to over 750 in 2007... We can do this only if WE DOD THIS...

  • another brilliant installment jack. Keep this great work coming. It is needed in the world. Thanks again.

  • Ron Paul is my President.

  • Putting John Boehner in as House Speaker does not excite any enthusiasm in me, and probably not anyone else except maybe Sean Hannity and Bill O' Reilly. Seriously, who installed Boehner, and who the hell is he, for that matter? I worry that the pentagon and the national security state will be flush with funding, and the main cuts will be in unemployment and child healthcare. The Republicans may, without any downsizing in DC, become unwitting allies for Obama's 2011 austerity measures

  • The day the GOP acknowledges Paul, or even just Paul's message, would be a happy day indeed. But the chances of that happening are about as slim as the Democratic Party suddenly grasping economics.

Neither of those things are going to happen. And we would be wise to forget those two parties even exist, and instead focus on how can we take back as much power from them as possible.

  • Comment removed

  • @fairlylargejohn The Democrats have to grasp ETHICS before they have any prayer of understanding economics... so they have a looooong way to go.

  • Once you know the truth

    you can never go back....

Ron Paul, the One and Only

  • @pam883r There's hope that more are coming over to his line of thinking!

  • The term limits must be put on the people that are employees in gvt, such as anyone that is NOT elected. An elected official can be gotten rid of by us voting them out, yet we can't get rid of bad teachers, police, firemen, DMV workers etc., none of them. And these employees vote. Does this not seem like a conflict of interest? How can someone that is an employee, who lives on tax money, vote for a lowering of their wages of being fired? Just a thought on the subject of cutting spending.

  • @anarchylogic I hope you were kidding...

  • @jlbarber54 I wasn't, but why do you ask?

  • @anarchylogic Term limits for workers makes no sense, they are not elected to terms they are hired to do a job. If they do a poor job fire them. As far as the conflict of interest, our government was not designed for using force, fraud or coercion. We must force our elected officials to obey the oath they took. Also, repeal the 14th amendment. I do see the problems you bring up in your post but term limits on workers is not realistic.

  • Ron Paul for President 2012!!

End the Federal Reserve, End These Wars, End the IRS, Restore our Republic, Legalize Freedom!

The time has come to give Peace a chance, Ron Paul 2012!!

  • Everyone watching this video from the Southern Avenger on Ron Paul. Put it in your FACEBOOK page that all your liberal and so called "conservative" friends can see that actually so called "conservatives" and liberals are pretty much the same.

    Spread the message!!!

  • I listen every Jack Hunter video I can and I think this one is among the best ever.

    Go Jack!

    Ron Paul 2012!!!

  • "Which version of Mitt Romney."

    EPIC

  • Jack,

    First, excellent video!

Second, I do not correlate foreign wars and occupations with conservatism nor it should be by anyone who understands a bit about conservatism from a political point of view. Policy wise, there is nothing "conservative" about a wasteful foreign adventure. Anyone who agrees with everything with Ron Paul but disagrees on foreign policy is a liberal in policy by default. Perhaps it is time to call out your callers and place them in the right category.

  • Ron Paul in 2012 YES YES !

  • I am glad that I woke up to the fact that both Parties are untrustworthy and the politicians are nothing but a joke to the people they are suppose to represent. I wish I woke up much sooner and not during Ron Paul run for the Presidency of '08. To think I was such of fool in believing they were different and the MSM had our best interest at heart. The veil has been remove from my eyes.

  • Ron Paul is truly the last hope for America. This nation is slowly being consumed by communism through the ignorance of our people and social engineering carried out by "our" very own government. Our Western identity is becoming diluted through the immigration of non-European peoples, which is diluting our European derived culture. Along with the great Jewish, neo-conservative influence, our country is under siege and actions needs to be taken now.

  • When the Republicans took control of congress and the presidency I foolishly believed that we would have smaller government, needless to say my eyes are wide open now. I fully support Ron Paul and ask all true conservatives to do the same.

  • Love Ron Paul!!! I knew nothing of this man a little over a year ago!!

  • great video

    subscribed

  • Screw the GOP!

America grew by 100 million in the last 40 years, nearly all via immigration and 83 percent from non western non white countries. We are on track to reacha half a billion in a few decades only to please those that profit from immigration and want to see whites a minority in the country they founded.

WHERE IS IMMIGRATION MORATORIUM IN GOP PLEDGE???

    YEAH,THAT'S RIGHT...NOWHERE.... SAME OLD sh*t

  • I will pledge my vote for him in a flash of a heartbeat.

  • RON PAUL 2012 ... Ron Paul supporters started the Tea Party movement. YouTube "Ron Paul Tea Party 2007". It was a national Tea Party event to support his Presidential campaign for Individual Liberty, sound money, no IRS, limited government and to restore the Constitution. HE CAN beat Obama EASILY... I'd love to see that debate!

  • @engine2truck6

The debate that Obama does not want to have is against Ron Paul. The rEVOLution has been brewing since 2007, 2012 will see a great movement towards freedom the likes which has not been seen in over 200 years.

  • @icepickiii You are RIGHT, icepickiii... RON PAUL 2012!!!!!

  • Anyone in for a stock market on government growth?. This could be a the next banker move.

  • Is that john dennis in the pic where boner is holding up book?

  • 1:05 can someone tell me who that dark haired guy with the glasses is? I always see that pussy behind Boner, pardon me, Boehner.

  • @LibertySole It's Rep. Eric Cantor, R-Va. He's the Republican whip so that's probably why he's always with the Minority Leader Boehner.

  • ron paul is a great man. but many of the new people refuse to target the war which is the largest spending we have. gutting social security is pennies compared to the military industrial complex. some of the new tea party republicans are pro war.

  • How about making pledge to run for 2012!!

  • Off topic a bit but I think Ron is laying the groundwork for Rand's future. I think the Repulicans will take the White House in '12 and the Dems taking it back in '16. By '20 I think enough people will be fed up with the status quo that a rational person like Rand could get in there. I'd love to think that liberty is upon us in '12 but too many in the "tea party" circles are still lusting for war.

  • "Pansy" is too manly a term for the GOP.

  • Comment removed

  • My dad didnt believe me when I said that Bush violated the constitution when he declared war on Iraq and passing the patriot act.

  • THIS is a pledge (Ron Paul's) that I recognize and hold dear. Ron Paul speaks for me!

  • Damn SA -- you nailed it again! You are like the darn voice in my head.

What a happy bunch of Ftards the Republicans are -- there aren't two of them that I can think of that get a free pass.

The Patriot Act is the litmus! If you voted for it (esp. twice) get the F out! We don't want you! (Including you DeMint)

  • @prayfortruejustice ESPECIALLY DeMint: a collectivist posing as a supporter of Individual Liberty is the most dangerous kind of all.

  • Ron Paul has courageously walked alone for 30 years as a "man for all seasons." Many aspiring politicians are loathe to walk the bitter straight and narrow path as he has. If ANY so-called conservative Republican conservative wants my vote, they better damn well pony up in deeds, not words, like Ron Paul. He is my gold standard to measure all others who seek to serve my country. Against him all current candidates pale miserably in comparison.

  • More like "Pledge to Continue Our Neconservative Agenda."

  • The GOP Pledge is a pledge to the big mega-offshore banks/NWO.

Americans are stupid if they want to reelect Republicans back into the House and Senate, what we need is a Third Party, not the same two-failed parties that have done nothing but give us lip service.

  • DEAD RIGHT. 2012.

  • I wholeheartedly agree with this. The RNC and Republicans in general need to back Ron Paul or we should "pull it" R=not too big to fail. There are some good Republicans though and they are marginalized by the party as well. Case in point how can you overlook Michelle Bachmann and cast your eyes to Sarah Palin? Hello? Fox does it too.

The Conservative must not blink in this game of chicken with the Republican. In Boehners defense he has never taken an earmark and he's been there a long time.

  • @rachelabombdotcomI think you have inadvertantly coined the Term of the Take Back the Tea Party Pledge to America, PULL IT!!!

  • @russkeller haha If only it would be! I've been trying to hold up the Tea Party backbone but it's been a constant battle. They want so much to believe in these people but they have amnesia.

  • Why not call it "We're lying crap so don't vote for us America".

That they would make a "pledge to America" after betraying their "contract with America" is incredibly insulting.

  • Ron Paul needs to be made "House Majority Leader".

  • Its a pledge to start a war with Iran and continue working for Wall Street

  • 2012

  • Pledge to America...NOTHING MORE THAN THE NEOCON'S CONTRACT WITH AMERICA 2.0!

  • Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen!

  • Republican work for the J-team. The Tea Party is now taken over by the J-team. Ron Paul..controlled opposition. But hey, who can worry about the small things when it's Monday night football right?

  • the TEA PARTY has been hijacked by the neo cons and the pro war pro Israel groups

  • Right again, Avenger.

    The "Pledge" falls short.

As does the Republican party's willingness to base their actions upon the Constitution.

Concidering the elections of, & supporting of, Tea-Party "extremists" this year; we may be closer to a time when Ron Paul might actually be recognized as what a real Conservative candidate looks like.

His foreign policy is definitely a large part of why the GOP keeps running him off. But, foreign policy is part of what sold Obama to the Democrats.

  • @quaffer22

The Republicans should offer themselves an apology for failing to uphold small government instead of another hollow pledge.

  • @KC101X too honest

  • I have zero hope or expectations with the Tea Party. The instant they had Sarah Palin getting paid $100,000. to speak at their first convention instead of Ron Paul speaking for free, I knew they were as full of shit as every other so called political movement. Now, their putative candidates seem to spend as much time talking about typical religious tripe as they do fiscal responsibility. Their virtual ignoring of Peter Schiff as a Senate candidate was the final proof of their utter insincerity.

  • @Panpiper

That was a repuplican sponsored event claiming to be the tea party.

Expect the lame stream media to push the Palin tea party hoping to stop freedom lovers from organizing and voting.

  • @Panpiper um.... pan.... you need to re-examine your choice of words or even your beliefs about the tea party "MOVEMENT" all caps for the retarded in our midst... this is a movement... not a PARTY like the Democrats or Republicans.... this is a movement with many factions.... so if one small part pays Sarah Palin to speak at a rally, it does not mean the whole movement supports Sarah Palin... As for Peter Schiff... he was not nearly liberal enough for Connecticut.

  • @Panpiper Sarah Palin is no leader of the tea party, she's the leader of the neocons trying to co-opt the tea party. The well funded Tea Party Express and Tea Party Nation are part of this neocon effort. True tea partiers go to their own local tea parties or work around the edges of these larger groups. I've never been to a tea party that didn't have a few Ron Paul supporters.

  • @megagagnon1 That's because Ron Paul supporters started the Tea Party movement. YouTube "Ron Paul Tea Party 2007". It was a national Tea Party event to support his Presidential campaign for Individual Liberty, sound money, no IRS, limited government and to restore the Constitution.

  • @Panpiper

I'm willing to wager that at least 75% of Tea Partiers are neocons in disguise and that might be being generous. It's sad that I agree with much of their positions but don't trust their motives. They could attract a lot more people if they cut out this religious bullshit and Obama birth certificate shit and just talked in very clear terms about the lunacy of this spending.

  • Gary Johnson 2012. Only cuz I think Ron Paul is a bit old. Nothing personal Ron, you are a great guy!!
