Ok, first off I'll state unequivocally that I think it's totally unacceptable for the child to slap his mother. Maybe I didn't state that earlier because for me it's a given.
My point is that the situation depicted in this snippet of video shows MUTUAL violence.
The mother is not doing her duty as an adult of diffusing the aggravation - she is feeding it and making it worse.
YouTubers are judging the child and then repeatedly stating that she should beat him up! Like that's going to help?

The kid obviously believes that he has a reason and a right to slap his mother.
No-one has the 'right' to hit anyone, but this doesn't mean they don't have a reason. The reason may be wrong, but it's still there.
And what gives the parent the 'right' to hit the kid back - as so many of these comments suggest?
The point is that the kid needs help and guidance to correct his behaviour so that he doesn't go on to do the sane to his kids.
