Every Orthodox Church I have been to in California regardless of jurisdiction has pews. I've been to 2 Antiochians parishes (St. Nicholas Cathedral/L.A., St. Barnabas/Costa Mesa), 8 Greek under Constantinople (St. George/Bakersfield, St. George/Fresno, St. Paul/Irvine, St. John/Anaheim, St. Sophia Cathedral/L.A., St. Katherine/Redondo Beach, Annunciation/ Modesto, Assumption/Long Beach , 1 Jerusalem parish (St. Matthew/Milpitas) Only the monastery Life Giving Springs/Dunlap didn't have pews.
Oh, and I have seen wedding photos of the Serbian Church in Fresno, beautiful...they have pews there too.

Also, even though we have pews, we do not sit in them except during the announcements and the sermon.

This is NOT AN ORTHODOX CHURCH because in Holy Orthodoxy PEWS ARE FORBIDDEN - we do not sit on pews during PRAYER - this would be BLASPHEMOUS.
