i used touch dual for almost 5 months. encounter problem after 2 months; the touch screen not working. and now even worst. cannot touch anymore. already performed the hard reset but cannot even enter the window since need to touch the screen to resetting it..will send to customer services.

check the htc forum and many people face the same problem

I like this phone (I have a i-mate Jam which is also made by HTC) so I'm used to the WM and annoying stylus thing. The HTC Touch looks like a step in the right direction for doing many simply things like accessing certain things etc. If only Microsoft sorted out WM6 to provide better 'finger' compatibility!

My main question though: Will the HTC Touch come with the woman in this clip? I hope so! :-)
