this game only came out in japan and north america(ntsc version), so you can't play it on a european(pal) playstation2. you would have to buy an ntsc ps2. personally i think it`s worth the money because there are many graet games that will never come out in europe. you should be able to find both an ntsc ps2 and the game at ebay.

its just really unecessary extra high numbers, like its meaningless really (numbers really should only matter for turn0based rpg strategy type games). i mean live action games with numbers seems irrelevent due to mostly they are skill bound, TotA isnt really, hopefully they changed this though for the new (ToV, ToS:DotNW).

Hiougi wise, I like the hiougi's in this more. They're more individualized. Alot of the ones in ToS was like "Lots of light and magical energy energy!" (though this has alot of that too). Gameplay wise, I cant say, I've never played Abyss.

Reid has three more hi-ougis on the english version. The english version is twice as hard as the japanense version. Since I like a challenge I'll enjoy it a lot more
