You can get an eviction notice to him, filed I think at the local police station or maybe it's the courthouse. It will be delivered to him by the sheriff and if not out by that date, he's removed by the police.
@KaraMieka77 Yes I could, but it would cost legal fees to do so, so I would rather just have him leave... His girlfriend finally got a job yesterday after a year (he worked 3 days in the last year), and as soon as the camp grounds open up, they need to go there.
@cloudberry121 The trailer is not really in good condition, and a friend was saying I could strip out the inside, and make it into an office, rather then try to keep it as is.
@thizizliz Exactly, I can't have somone on my land that does not pay the bills. If he had even paid the sewer so I did not have to, it would have worked out better, but I can't pay his bills and my own, while he uses my trailer, tv, entertainment center, Etc., and not get paid for any of it.
I told him he can leave his camper and trailer to haul stuff here for me, and that did not go over too well, but after this much time, I do need something to pay for hosting him on my land all this time.
@mrdeleted I recommend that you give him a date by which to be out. If you just say 'go', there will always be a reason why he can't. That's the way Users work. Good luck!

@mrdeleted
Good idea. Here's hoping you get rid of the drunkard without any problems! :-)

Good for you. Your first priority is to take care of your wife and children. They don't need their stuff waiting so you can take care of him.
