yeah.. the official tour website for metallica stated the band jammed a little beat it in tribute to MJ, it was Metallica's first show shince he died and I believe there are some videos out there where James actually says something along the lines of how MJ was inspiration for Kirk and Lars

man, i made this video and i can assure you it's real. the concert happened in the week mj died and it was just a bit of fun in the middle of a great show! if you have ever gone to a metallica show, you will know that they are great and always interacts with public in a very nice and kind way, very different from other rock bands that only ask to everyone to fuck themselves.
