It is irrelevant numerically as are any individual's activities at this scale. If you are attempting to make some form of political point, I suggest you talk to Al Gore or his staff.

It is irrelevant, thank you for pointing that out. Using localized population and regional CO2 output is irrelevant.
Breaking it down this way should indicate abnormally high CO2 output in Antarctica, due to the exceptionally low human population.
Who is looking at the open ocean, where a single ship can put out far more CO2 than an entire country?
The larger question is, are you trying to make a scientific point, or a political point?
