  • @PhiloAmericana may Allah put the light of islam in your heart.... :)

  • @PhiloAmericana You should!islam is all about peace.look at TRUE believers to understand the truth.:)

  • @PhiloAmericana mashaAllah..i would suggest you to get a translated copy of quran asap to get the full view of islam...instead of observing the muslims around you to know islam.. as dr zakir naik says..follow the scriptures to know the religion,,not the followers...since every creed has some black sheep! donot see the black sheep of the society!

  • @anamtaj im so proud that you have converted

may allah create peace in all your life

  • @PhiloAmericana You don't have to in order to listen to the beautiful music, but I am an American who converted last year and have never felt better in my entire life. If you ever want to talk (even if it's not about Islam) feel free as I love to listen and speak of history, religions of the world, etc. (I like to study them ^^) Peace and blessings upon you, your friends, and your entire family my friend.

  • @PhiloAmericana hopefully you will be guided...

  • @PhiloAmericana than don't wait brother.. wallahi this life is really small to wait... find yur logically reasoning than inshallah.

  • @1greedygal lmao aw. but i dont get ur youtube name.. 1greedygal? strange for a muslim lol...

  • @1greedygal what for "theproudone"? well i am very proud of the choice i made to revert to islam from atheism. im also proud of the umma im a part of. i mean yes their a corrupt people like the saudi royals and paki gov't. but the diversity in islam is just amazing subhanallah.

  • talil al habib is the best spreading islam through what society listen to now... music mashaallah!

  • talil is the best spreading islam through what society listen to now mashaallah!

  • amazing

  • I love having nasheeds like this stuck in my head, it is something that insha'Allah I will be rewarded for :)

    I love Islam ♥

  • @1greedygal

Well, I totally understand your argument. However it Is permissible for you to have music in your nasheeds as long as your nasheeds are about islam and religion, not things to do with dunya.

    Wa salamu alaikum wa rahmatullah

  • @NasheedLuv not true

  • @NasheedLuv This argument is outdated and misleading. This is the ploy of the devil to mislead people slowly and surely. What is Halaal is clear. What is Haraam is clear. Music has always been pronounced as Haraam xcept for the duff drum. one of the signs of the end times is that Muslims will make music and intoxicants halaal.

    Take care. Salaam.

  • @1greedygal if you have a problem with it, why are you on here? just to argue with other people about it?

  • La Ilaha Illalah wa muhammadur Rasoolullah

  • FREEDOM FOR PALESTINE

  • Assalamualaikum,

Basically, Brother Talib is playing with a duff (an instrument allowed in Islam) and he is using harmonies. This is totally halal because if it was haraam, he wouldn't do it in the first place would he? You're not exactly going to recite nasheeds whilst doing haraam are you? Mashallah may ALLAH bless him, his family, and all of us.

    Ameen

  • @NasheedLuv actually ppl do use haraam music while reciting nasheeds

  • @NasheedLuv this nasheed is halla i agree but there are plenty of nasheed artists who use music like sami yusuf and native deen.

  • @NasheedLuv What about sami Yusuf and Native Deen? they sing beautiful nasheeds but use music.

  • حمدلله بارك الله فيك

  • Very Beautiful Nasheed and very good pictures!!!!!!!

  • Salam,my i dwnload tis vdeo..TQ may Allah bless u my dear friend.

  • luve it:)

  • has any one got the lyrics to this

  • omg talib al habib has such nice nasheeds :) may god bless him mashallah

    lool :)

  • Mashallah

  • mashallah ... such a beautiful nasheed

  • masha allah, i love his lyrics

  • lovely nasheed masha__h

  • i don't understand why there's always the "duff" in the background ??!!!

isn't every instrumental using forbidden, but the "duff" which is only for the women and girls, is it??????

only because of the muslims who can't live without the "beat" in their car's music- player? subhaaaanallah !!! just listen to the holy quran and learn to adore it instead of this kind of nasheed, it's better for our yaumul qiyama !!!

  • @DieEinladungZumIslam

The Prophet (pbuh) HAS allowed Duff to be used.

Shaykh Ibn Hajar al-Haytami (Allah have mercy on him) said in Tuhfa: "The indication of The Prophet (S)'s speech is the permissibility of duff other than it [the Kuba]; and this is the case."

Yes, so it is halal. And there is no such thing as only women are allowed to use it. And Talib al-habib has been a devoted Alim and his nasheeds are music-free and completely halal. So, i must beg your pardon.

  • @madeofearth Sorry to dissapoint you but this nasheed artist has used a synthesiser in his nasheed.

  • when i hear this my soul gets calm

  • beautiful

  • this is so beautifull(L)

  • so very lovely

  • i memorised this whole one gift of life is favorate

  • Soothing... Awesome... :-)

  • beautiful naat mashallah!

  • mashaallah...very nice nasheed

  • can any one tell me is tht a drum or duff?????

  • salams

given the nature of the music and its genre it would the sounds of a duff. i dont have a musicians ear per-say but im really sure that it doesn't sound like a drum. youtube duff drum and compare the sound yourself

    salams

  • @SuperMusalman

It is a duff...it sounds like one. No controversy necessary.

  • can any one tell me that does he use musical instrument??

  • nope he uses natural voices and the duff only in all of his nasheeds =D

  • no he is basically using duff and a group of hummers .... so its halal to listen :D

  • did u find out yet is tht duff or drum??

  • brother, Islam tells muslims that one of the most destructive things to do is be suspicious of his or her brother. Islam tells us to think of atleast 70 excuses for a person. A person who blames another, and is wrong, is the actual wrongdoer and will suffer punishment. Brother Talib is not going to use a drum. He knows what is or is not allowed in Islam. Otherwise he would have uesd musical instruments, because drums are instruments, and if he thought one was ok, then all are ok.

  • assalamualaikum

bobjones3210 Even if brother talib is using the drums that is allowed as they are the only instruments that are allowed. every other is haraam to my knowledge even so as you said: Islam tells us to think of atleast 70 excuses for a person A person who blames another, and is wrong is the actual wrongdoer and will suffer punishment. anything that i have said is from me and allah and anything i have said wrong it is from me and shaytaan and may allah forgive me and us muslims

    ameen

  • the word in arabic is duff....that is what he is using,m in the pure arab word, it is not an instrument, but a time keeper, or a rhythm keeper, sort of like tapping your feet on the ground. It is unlike a drum, which is tampered with by placing your hand on different parts of the drum, the sound will slightly change. that makes it an instrument so drums are haraam, while the duff is allowed (under condidtions.) I just wanted to clarify that, but otherwise I completely agree with you. Wassalam

  • @bobjones3210 can you get me the evidence for that please like hadith or quranic verse or something i have heard different

  • @tinysways islamqa fatwa number 5011

  • @bobjones3210 is that a hadeeth or quranic verse?

  • @tinysways Salam aleykoum It's a Kalimah Tawhid .

  • Excellent nasheed Mashallah Subhanallah very well said and about the other comments regarding instruments. My opinion would be that we are praising Allah so therefore we should use our own natural voices that Allah created but not instruments that man created, because we are not praising man, we are praising Allah. Then again that is my opinion and Allah knows best, and HE is the Judge.

  • salama allaykum.. wow mashallah... wen i came across this nasheed, it attratced me.. so beautiful .. it puts a smile on ur face.. may Allah have mercy on us all .. ameen

  • Allah is beautiful and He loves Beauty! This music is beautiful; it stirs our hearts to love Allah. Don't listen to the dried-up, life-denying mullahs/jurists who get a charge out of saying "haraam this and haraam that" and base their arguments about music on suspect hadiths. In every religion, people praise and draw close to God through music and singing. Why would God deny that to the people of Muhamman, PBOH?

  • I couldn't have said it better myself !

    Peace !

  • masha allah

  • masha allah.....a beautiful song...

  • marschallah eine sehr schoene anascheed

  • MDefsquad9 ...akhi/ukhti i see u mean noi harm in using ur guitar...but brother/.sister the quran and sunnah are very strict with instruments ..even the drumb we use and the way we use it has a certain rule...

  • WaAlaikum Asalam Febdreamangel91..I understand what you mean. but isnt achohol differeant as it puts harm to your body so i can see that being haram..like I play guitar but i use it for healing purposes and meditations, poetic music. if the drum is halal guitar should be halal. there both the same thing. im hitting the string with my finger as the drum is hitting with hand..and they both are use for keeping count. yes my friend i would you to share me those verses. I need to research. Thanks

  • Assalamualaikum brother, First of all you have to understand that true muslims say "We hear and we obey" (24:51-52)

The next point .....Allah(swt) has put a reason in everything, so Islam is a religion that uses reason and faith as one distinct value, not seperate. Allah(swt) knows these what he has written in the Qur'an.(Qiyaamah: 16-19)

1400 years ago, did people know as much about science and technology as we do now? Absoloutely not............

  • Rest in private.....

  • aslaamu'alaikum, bro itz very gd that ur trying to understand y sm things r halal n y sm instraments r haraam.

many fings were told to sahaba RA, n nt all of dem dey understood, bt they obeyd cz in their heart was 'Allah knws best'

e.g: gambling...u cd argue itz jus quick business- u put money in, u take risk n u may cm bk hme wiv more or less money..

similar 2a restaurant u cook loadz food waist money on gas,electrc,staff,rent...bt u may get NO custmrs

BUT we pt our trust in Allah knws best

  • I dont get it..I love my muslim brothers and sisters..but why should it be haram with instruments if all the instruments are played for Allah and nothing esle. If the instruments for are played to allah and nothing esle it should be halal..right?..some scholars go to far when they prohibt all instruments..I dont bow down to man I bow down to Allah there for I play all my istruments to Allah.

  • As-salamu alaikum MDefsquad9. i could use the same argument with alcohol. i pray only to Allah and I drink alcohol only for Allah too. Alcohol and musical instruments are both haram, except for the duff. If you research authentic hadeeths and even a verse in the Quran, the instruments are prohibited. If you want to know the hadeeths and the quranic verse, let me know. I hope this helps.

  • i think the whole of it is beutiful

    mashallah

allah has given him a beutiful voice

    subhanallah

  • i like the words , but didtnt like the way music was used there

  • Salam Aliekum....

What music was used.... It was only the duff !!

    Ma'Salam

  • Asalamu Alaikum, the only instruments used in this Nasheed was duff, which as been proven to be halal. the only instrument that's Islamically allowed. Wasalaam :-)

PS, i too LOVE the words Mansha Allah.

they carry their own rythem and weight, which would have done just as wonderful even out the use of duff :-)
