Poor teachers. It seems like you can only lose your pay, benefits and morale. Now The media (Los Angeles Times) is posting a ratings report of all LAUSD teachers that will further try to put more blame/stress on the teachers if their students don't score well on standardized tests.

Get rid of the bottom 20% and hire new ones. Do this every year like the real world.
Just look at these people. They dress like slobs, think they work hard (yeah, right), come from the lowest 20% of college student rankings, and think they deserve a pension...
And they wonder why the system is broke. it will never be fixed unless they wake up.
