If u look at the play just and I mean immediately before Webber travels it appears for a millisecond that Chris gestures his hand as if he wanted to call time out and had a brain freeze that prompted the travel.

He called a timeout when Michigan had none left which is a technical foul in college basketball. Carolina hit the free throws and iced the game.
