No. David Cook set the bar. Week after week David had consistent and brilliant performances .If Adam really did set the bar why didn't he win then? However, Adam did his own thing and so did Kris Allen.

This is one of the more interesting lists, because the "obvious" choices are not in their ususal order. Melinda Doolittle should have won, as well as Adam and David Archuleta. I also feel that Elliot Yamin should have made this list. Fun list , though.
