I proudly own my first b13 se-r it won me alot of races, i got beat by a turbo jetta (tune, ecu, catback bov, and he was boosting 17 psi i lost by a a lil over a car and i just had jdm motor full bpu and new clutch.

Man these lil B13 SE-R are amazing there Cheap,FAST,and handles good bought one Few days ago Raced my friend in his 98 Integra LS With headers ,full catback exhaust, and intake and i got him by atleast a car would of been more if that stupid car wasnt in the way haha and mine is all stock literally .....Great lil car you CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH IT USED TO BE A HONDA FAN BUT THIS LIL CAR CHANGED IT ALL. SR20VE started the separate exhaust/intake valve timing. It happened in '97, Honda didn't catch up until the 2001 K20, which had the same bore/stroke as the SR20VE and separate intake/exhaust camshaft profiles for VTEC.

B13 sentras SER are lightweight and come with a SR20DE, It was also offered in the B14 sentra SER, also come in th200SX came with the SR20 and some included limited slip Diff which was good at that time. I think the last USDM nissans to offer the SR20 were the 2000-2001 Nissan sentras SE

no from 1991-94 the SE-R has the sr20, then till 1997 i think it cam back on the sentra it was the SE Limited with the sr20 till 1999. then the 2000-01 which was just the SE 2.0. the 200sx se-r had it from 1995-98. g20 had it since 93-2002. u mean GXE? no gxe was just a base model sentra with 1.8 from 2000+ and 1.6 from 91-99

don't get me wrong guys. i'm a huge fan of the nissan here. but mayimbez is right, the type R integra would leave both these cars crying in their wake. however... type-r's are rare, expensive, high insurance etc. these cars are a match, due to pricing, engine size etc. the type R is in a whole new category, as is the VE, even then, on handling, the TYPE R would have the nissan beat. idk. nevermind. i lost track of what i was saying. ignore this commment. lol. nice cars.

run the same run, at 50 mph on the highway... 50-120mph the GSR will destroy the b13 ser. SER has LSD. Thats why, in that race the GSR was murdered.. two tires spinnin, are always better then one. ser HOLESHOT the gsr, and it was over.. Typical.

take a healthy SR20DE...put on a SR16VE head...and some SR20VE cams...and you have a VERY STOUT and powerful engine..( around 220-240hp ) WITHOUT a turbo. Thats not even including milling the head. ( to increase compression )
