It took us 3 part days(= 2 full days). If we did it again we would be able to do it in a day. It was easy enough, just a few hard to reach bolts. Our car is stripped of all the engine guards, covers etc to save weight on the track. This also makes it easier to access most things when working on the car. So a road car would take a little longer, may be.
just the trans removal can be done in like 1 1/2 hours

Just curious... did you replace the flywheel as well, or just the pressure plate and clutch disk?
