Ive been in hospital for over a month being pumped with drugs for my pancolitis. I have to try this diet. I am too scared of having surgery but it may be only answer. Does anyone know if i stand a chance starting this diet? Thanks.
For me, it has made me feel good within 2-3 days. Of course it will take longer than that to heal, but I already felt very good very soon after starting.

@reggitano Yes, go for it you have nothing to lose. SO many people have gotten better.
