@Stormraider821 The cloak that heals health is in one of the cracked walls in Illburn ruins. You need the topaz ring to get it first.

You mean the Spirit Cape, right? Indeed you'll need the Terra Bracelet for it. Just be ready for the Skull-Alnadas inside. Unless you have the Silver Chimes, you can't hope to truly slay them. Just hop, take, and leave!

Yeah this was a new song in Ys 3 The Oath in Felghana, this was with the battle with Chester just after the escape from the ruins. I praise Falcom for this beautiful addition to the soundtrack.

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I would like to let you know something that may be of help.

Simply google a program called DVDVideoSoft and look for the Youtube-to-MP3 converter part of that. It's freeware, and it converts any YouTube video to MP3. Definitely a wonderful thing to have for stuff like this.

One of additional tunes from X68000 version of Ys3. I think it replaces one of boss battle music in X68k version originally, but in 'Oath in Felghana', it's used for vs. Chester battle.

I personally like the Ys games. Though I haven't gotten the chance to play many of them.  This one hasn't been released outside of Japan, like many of them. Though I know there's an english patch out there somewhere. Awesome song.
