kind of cool, but hardly any of those famous people are from the South Shore Casey Affleck (Falmouth and Newton), Conan (Brookline) Maura Tierney did go to Notre Dame, but she is from Hyde Park, Dane Cook is from Cambridge and Arlington; Jay Leno is from Andover, Matt Damon is from Cambridge, Dr. Suess is from Springfield - Ben Franklin? Seriously? He grew up in Boston and went to Boston Latin.
