  • practice doing some jump stops, as if you were about to dunk, but just pause at the bottom.. that should help a little with the planting foot.

  • Try practicing going to the left side too. It should help balance out your stance off the jump.

  • more control in approaching speed and foot plant

  • running too fast. two foot jumpers have a much slower approach than one foot jumpers. two foot jumpers dont use as much running momentum

  • your upper body is angled before you even leave the ground, slow down the approach and keep your shoulders squared to the rim until you get used to it

  • try approaching from straight forward and less angled.

    still got high though

  • @NDJPro i still jump tht way no matter what and that jump was about 33-34 inches high
