    HAVE A GOOD DAY ;)

  • Hi love your lessons.I really enjoyed watching you. Im sure I will learn from you. Just received a great gift today. One of three of my father's accordians who past away . He used to play in a band. I just received the 2 button horner erica. I have 2 more that he left for me coming soon but dont know the type yet. I will ask about them tomorrow. Hopefully one is like yours so I can follow along better.

  • I have a couple of chromatic accordions for sale in case someone is interested. Send me a email fejaor@yahoo.com

  • I had the chance to try out a chromatic accordion a some years ago. I first learned by ear and practice the acoustic guitar, then the bass, bajo sexto, some keyboard, a bit of drums, but one thing I loved was learning this specific accordion. My style is norteño and one thing that I loved a lot about this one is that you don't have to have 3 accordions to covers all ranges of voice. For people with music schooling this might look dumb, but for us is the best thing. Thanx bro, great video!

  • @hdzspider Thankyou, I am actually thinking about making more videos, just with scales only. I can play over a hundred scales, mabe someone can put them to use?

  • Rugrats anyone?

  • @AldeiaDaOrca hohnersare not made in italy u idiot theyre made in germany dumbass

  • like we said from australia, you are vary good Accordion player and for alot a people xo

  • Sorry, but the lessons in this accordion beginns, in the USA, and over the world!

You try the Tex Mex bandoneon lessons gievn.....! This type of accordions are made in Italia, than you must play like a italian manufacteurs, or if you want another system of cordeless, you have a Oriental accordion, Belgian accordion, or Balcan accordion!!!!! Learn more accordion and go away!!!!!!

  • @AldeiaDaOrca Then you must buy a plan ticket an come teach in the USA, if thats the way you feel.....

  • Today, 11-4-2010, my new, shiny red Nova II 96 Chromatic arrived. It replaced my Panther GCF, which was fine for the money. This instrument sounds fantastic (one of the Ab buttons does not work) and I'm very excited. This video has helped me get off to a roaring start in spite of so many buttons. Your explanation is very helpful. I think your style of teaching is terrific: firm, direct, passionate. Please accept the thanks of an elderly beginner. Regards, Joe

  • @JoeTierno , Tommorow 11--5-2010, I am ganna post a video of me singing a old folk song called Cuatro Milpas. I am not famous at all, but I hope someday that someone could use my videos to help them make fame....

  • hi im from australia and here not much accordian music but i would like to learn the button acc, chromatic way I play the keyboard accordian but like to play the button can you teach me?

  • @RolandfionaRuby123 , I was in Australia about 8 years ago, an I loved hearing the DiggeriDoo contest in the nightclubs. They wanted to see who could blow the longest. But I think the accordion would sound great with the DiggeriDoo, kinda like the Columbian flute with the accordion in South America, listen to some of Carlos Vives music.

  • I really like this video :] Ive been wanting to learn to play for a long timee

and you found a way to keep it simple, Thanks :]

  • look, i am a hard core old white woman but I loved your basic video lesson too!! thanks ever so much for making it so simple, i was thrown off by all those buttons but I think I may give one of those accordions a try!! Keep up the encouraging lessons!

  • @beginnerbeader , i understand, i am part Irish also, haha! But yea, ima play some more in the future. Thankyou!

  • I would wis to have one of those

  • good stuff man!!! you should charge lessons!!!lol

  • @ryan79texas1 Thankyou...

  • You a good teacher. Just don't kill your student if he can't play a piece

  • I've been thinking about buying a button accordion. This is very helpful.

  • enjoyed watching you're video hope you make more

  • No!!! Sorry but is not correct!

The C Griff (DÓ M) is in the first lane, RE, in the 3 lane, MI in the 2 lane etc. If I want learn Chromatic Accordion I beginn like that; DÓ-RÉ-MI-FÁ-SOL-LÁ-SI-DÓ and I learn correct, or not? Yours sistems is not correct! In Europe we play that models of accordions and we d`ont learn like this demonstration! Sorry.....!!!!

  • @AldeiaDaOrca Only in Europe, they have accordion teachers all over the place, but in the big giant United States an all trew out Mexico, you are on your own. There or no teachers. I play with both hands, I use my thumb for C in the first row and I read music. Now lets see you come to the United States an try an give lessons, in both English an Espanol. This video, helps people know what dirrection the keys go in but it does not cover the finger system, sorry.....

  • This video is really, really good but somehow the accordionist makes a aggressive impression :P. OK??

  • @GermanDulcimer Yes accordion players cam be like american football players, very hateful an aggresive, most people in other counrties dont understand, " Its hard to find a teacher in the USA"

  • Ah, I didn't mean to insult you, if I did ;) I think Germany has one of the biggest accordion communitys so it's pretty easy to find a teacher here as long as you don't play the button accordion.

    Greetings

  • I think the chromatic accordion keyboard is the most intelligently designed instrument! Everything is so easy to play when you understand it. It is quite similar to string instruments.

  • umm how can i buy one like where nd how much ?

  • You must save your hard earned money, get at least 3 grand, but you can buy some for mabe 1,400 or 2,000 if you look really hard but it wont have all the octaves an 120 bass buttons.

  • gracias compa, firme video. I'm looking to learn about the chromatic accordion and this helps. Right now I'm playing a tiny little piano accordion that doesn't have enough octaves. I wanna get a button chromatic because I want to play in all keys and it seems better than the piano one, but those things are expensive. The cheapest that I like is the Nova II. Que te parece? Is it good?

  • the nova is ok, not the best but still a good box.

  • Thanks man you helped me alot on understanding the thing.

  • Wow man you are the best. For years I have been playing the Diatonic button and the Piano Accordions by ear. I always wondered about the Chromatic and I see people whip off tunes that make my toes tap but couldn't understand the logistics of the keyboard on the right hand. I am sure the key board on the left hand is the same as the piano accordion. Thank you for the explanation I may buy a Chronomatic next any suggestions on a good brand Hohner or other. I had piano Scandalli it was old.

  • Well, the cheapest box that you can buy that is brand new would be a Hohner Nova, but you really have to take care of that box, my levers are out of place a bit, I had 3 boxes but now I only have one, I needa spare ASAP

  • Thanks for this video, I've had a regular accordion and a chromatic one for years now and always wanted to learn how to play. This will be a great start!

  • its cool you want to share the knowledge that shows you truly care for the art of it ,i wanna play mexican corridos , what is the accordion i should get , and what is the average price , i aint looking to spend too much any hekp id appreciate

  • I want to make another video with the 3 row accordion in the key of GCF, I can show you all the chords in a video.

  • you can get the honher panther for 350 or 450 but comes in gcf and most of the corridos are in fa accordion

  • Awesome clip man! The accordion sound will last forever. You are a good instructor! First beer is on me.

  • Man..... You so rock! Thanks for sharing your licks bro! I am just about ready to jump out and buy me an accordion here in China. Wish I was closer to Houston so we could do some kick ass ukulele-accordion Jams!

  • Thanks, I wish I had a few more accordions, so I could show the world how to play all of them in a easy fashionable way using scales. There are at least 3 different major types accordions an 1 of them comes in about 5 different keys.

  • i want to learn....

  • If you have the heart you will learn to play, you just have to learn the different types of accordion first, the 3 major accordion types I would say "3 row Diatonic",, "Chromatic button" an Piano accordions,

  • Hey, compadre, how much is it?

  • the Hohner Nova is usually 1400 or 1600 american dollars.....

  • Awesome accordion! You are a good instructor.

  • once again thanks alot i really like the accordion and always wanted to learn how to play it well at least now know that thanks alot... let me load up a 24pack bro thanks alot!!

  • Thank you so much. I think this is super good. I just bought one on ebay so I'll be checking out this video more when i get it!

  • Thanks, I will give as much help as possible whenever I can for free, because I want the accordion sound to last forever.....
