please tell me guys sandblasted this aswell. would be a shame to do all that work pulling it apart to skip on a couple of hundred bucks to sandblast. finish product n paint looks so much better then and you know it will last for another 70 years
My dad always loved the tankers in 44-45 when they let the ground-pounders hitch a ride. My dad said it was a long walk across Europe. Every little bit helped. For some strange reason the Germans did not appreciate him visting at that time. hhmmmm.
A steam cleaner wouls have done a better job on the hull.I used to use one for HGV's and airport fire engines and equipment,a steam cleaner does a fantastic job especially used with detergent,will shift grease and filth inches thick,also whatever you wash dries quicker too.Anyway your doing a grand job there!!

Weird, the "Sherman" American tank name sounds Deutsche and the "Tiger" German tank sounds English !
