It's the RSC36 exhaust from UUC Motorwerks. The system is made by Corsa performance and is distributed by UUC. Retails right around a grand.

Finally a good exhaust video. My favorite catback for the e36 m3 by far. Does it really not drone at highway speeds like the company claims?

No drone, just a quiet rumble until you step on it. I couldn't be happier with the exhaust.
