It IS Critical Mode. Notice how he did 3 Finishers at the start of the battle. That can only be done thanks to Critical Mode's extra Finishing Plus.

He hacked his HP to be 120, just like in his Triple Xigbar videos.

Also, take a look at his MP bar. In Proud Mode, it stops at the exact same spot as the HP bar. Here, it's slightly shorter. That's because Critical Mode diminishes your MP as well as HP, and Bizkit only "corrected" the HP.
