  • Thanks again! Yeah, it was pretty incredible watching that front approach and then pass over us. Further North from my location, there was some pretty severe weather. I've always been a weather freak and tornadoes have facinated me since I was a kid. I think I'd love to be a chaser, but no car. We don't have the best view for weather watching, but I'm glad that I could capture this. This had to have been EXCELLENT coming in over open fields!!

  • When you see one of these things coming in, your life suddenly passes before your eyes - wow. AMAZING capture, adding to "StormChase" playlist. You done good. VERY good. And yes, that's rotation. When we had the shelf cloud here in Texas on 6/19/08, I looked up and the clouds were swirling right overhead. The sirens went off, and I went inside. No basement, though, to shelter in. LOL
