@igoritza According to what I've read, none of them sang lead on this. It was a professional singer hired by the managers. These girls were simply hired for their looks.

On Nov. 24, 2001, Passion Fruit members were on a flight from Berlin to Zurich when the plane crashed into a wooded, hilly area 2.5 miles short of the runway in Zurich. Maria Serrano-Serrano & Nathaly van het Ende died along with singer Melanie Thornton—also on board—while Debby St. Maarten (the black lady) survived with serious injuries along with 8 others. I have asked people about this group before. Even people that like this sort of music have not even heard this group without having to search them.

In my opinion, it is the perfect pop song! You can't hear it without tapping your foot, then singing along, then dancing -- or at least tapping along with the three big caveman beats just before they launch into the chorus! The Tarzan holler is the finishing touch to put the song way over the top - it's three minutes in Carnivale!
