Randalls customer service SUCKS. I own this exact amp, and gig with it regularly. When I first bought it, I had a problem with the cab. Took Randall TWO MONTHS and numerous phone calls to get it back to me. It's a great amp, but the company support leaves ALOT to be desired.
What happened to the V2 and T2's, specially the Archetype? I still see them in the Randall website but I can't find them for sale online.

it probably wouldve been easier to have just taken the damn thing to a tech, might've costed more, but wouldve been alot quicker
