Yeah- saw you it was great on BTV-- now help me Rob- about your goal--190-- why 190? lately the whole B&W number of it all is troubling me...(not for you- for general) have you ever spoused your philosophy about that? love the spidey shirt.
I think I talked about this either on my blog or a past video, but... basically my heaviest recorded weight was like 377... I know I was at least 380 at some point, so I round that off to be my "heaviest". 190 is half that. While I don't have any illusions of staying under that, I just think it would be kewl to be at/below that for my 1yr.
I think part of why my loss has slowed a lil is I believe i am putting on muscle now, and hope to add more so staying below 190 is not likely sustainable.
